Have 2 US $20s and go directly to the Tax Window - BEFORE going to check your luggage, You will need your Tax receipt to check in.

Bubbles and I always stop at the airport a day or two before leaving and pay our departure tax. It saves on having to rush so much the day you leave. Just remember to keep the receipt.

This past February, we used one of our trips to the airport to find out about our missing luggage to pay our departure tax. We also learned, that the reason nobody ever answered our phone calls to American Eagle, was because there was nobody there.
