We have stayed at Sand Dollar twice, in fact we were 'lucky' enough to be present for Lenny's visit and witnessed the destruction of the dive shop and Green Parrot (we had moved our equipment out early in the morning). What is the current status of the Dive shop? Is there a storage facility for euipement now? Will there be one by this November?

Well, needless to say things are a whole lot better than when you were there. The dive shop is operating between Den Laman Restaurant and Sand Dollar, just steps away from the old dive shop. There are storage lockers and a new drive up air fill station. Plans are for a new dock to be finished by the start of November. Boats are still leaving from the marina at Harbor Village but the shore diving is still great in front of Sand Dollar. They are currently building a new restaurant next to the pool. In the meantime Den Laman is serving lunch and dinner with an expanded menu. Many of the Green Parrot people are at Den Laman. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to e-mail us.

Hotel Sand Dollar ?Is the hotel sand dollar the same place as the sandollar condo resort ? if not where can i find info on it ?
