Olympus housings have needed an external flash when using a wide angle lens for a while, I know the 5050 needs one if you use a proper macro lens.

I saw the Oly 7070 at the Consumer Electronics Show at the beginning of the month in Las Vegas. Its zoom lens goes down to 28mm (equiv.), and they have an external strobe housing for an Oly strobe which connects by water proof cable to the Oly 7070 housing (guy didn't have the part number). Camera also has several UW shooting modes which presumably do automatic color balancing.

Nice looking camera for you cultists. I'd be surprised if a white slate will not still be required for white balance.

Freddie - yes - prices for the gear seem reasonable, and it's all from Olympus.
