Woke up with a cramp in my ankle. Took some aspirin, and decided to see what's up on the cams while it relaxed.
Anybody around?

No fish, no boats, no cars, no visitors, no chatters. Guess I'll go back to bed.

Have a nice day, everyone.

HI everyone.....Holly, counting down to the seconds. LOL :-) :-) I know everyone gets excited when they get to go back to Bonaire but I need it really really really bad. LOL :-)

Chance of rain here again this afternoon and late evening. Our pool hasn't warmed up from 72F. That is normal I guess since we wanted to test our new video housing before we leave. Watch it get nice and hot, humid and sticky as it does in in Okieland Saturday since we will be gone. LOLOL NIce pics this morning so far. :-)

Hi gang,
Nice to be back with you, we got some troubles with the provider...
I AM IN HOLIDAYS ! Well I should have worked today ( and yesterday ), but we have to suffer ( another ) general strike ( still the retirment claims ), that means there is no transportation to get to the airport, so I am stuck home.
I wish, I pray, the french DGAC ( Air Control traffic ) won't report the strike till saturday. We are leaving to Amsterdam quite early morning and we can't suffer any delay to catch the KLM flight. Our last option could be Jean Paul's brother to drive us to Amsterdam ( my step brother loves to drive :o) ).
We'll be staying at the Dive Inn, but I don't know when we'll appear on the cam(s). I will send a message to Martin de Weger, he is leaving on the same day but night flight and see if there is a dinner organized with Jake and Linda, Carmen and other. It could be nice to have a together show on the cam(s), we'll let you know :o).
Oh boy, can't believe we'll be there in three days.
It's so hot here I am melting instead of packing and doing some home work, plus thinking about my dinner. I just look like a big jellyfish :o)

Martine, we are staying at Eden Beach again. :-) I can't wait either. :-) I am going to try to be here on Tuesday. Tommy, my husband and my friend Tracie agreed that would be a good day. I don't have a time yet though. LOL You know how it is once you get there. :-) :-) :-)

Carmen (and any other BTers coming down next week),

Don't forget - next Tuesday, June 10th, there's a combo BonaireTalk Potluck BBQ / post-Wedding party for Martin & Angela at our house. Divers/snorkelers can show up at 2pm or later. Same for anyone who just wants to hang out and cook or keep cooks company (and drink, perhaps). Eating starts around 6:30pm. I'm making Goat Stew, an Antillean wedding tradition (based on the one Antillean wedding reception I've been to :-) ). Also will have chicken on the grill, and other goodies.

Martine - I'll see Martin tomorrow morning and suggest a dinner on the Saturday the 14th...

Jake

Hi martine , thought you were allready on your way to Bon.
What flightnr are you on ? So we ( poor people who have to stay at home in this melting hot thunderstorm weather) can keep track of your departure.

Goat stew Jake???
Reminds me of a traditional Bulgarian wintersport Partymeal we used to have: whole ovenroasted Lamb, just happened to see some pictures of it yesterday.
The guest of Honor allways got to eat the head :-))) including :....everything.
mjummie.

Annie, yes, thank you, the aspirin did do the trick. Slept like a babe the rest of the evening.

ROTFLMAO

sorry guys, sometime little typing mistakes of BT-ers make such a enormous difference between what they probably mean and what shows up at the screen.
( please don't mention MY typing!!!!)

could I ?
should I ?

what the heck , here it is:Not insulting or sarcasticly intended ; just my strange sense of humour I guess ;-P

Martine : could it be that you suffer from a kind of Freudian slip of the tongue? typing "fight" instead of "flight" ???

Gerrit : What's up with the pants of Sandy's car?
(O boy , do I hope that my daughter will become a dive instructor on Bonaire!!!)

Dan: did you sleep like a "Babe" ? isn't that a little piggy that talks?

AHHHH , feel so much better now.

( sorry) jos.

Cynde, Yes your ´visual´ memory is perfect! Also Sandra is´nt changed that much. Maybe she´s more blondy! She works with great pleasure at Buddy Dive, that is next to Don Habitat, a few dive bases next to Sand Dollar. (in the direction of the WebCams. When off-duty she is ´Kite-Surfing´ at Sorobon. You can read all about it at the internet site: www.kitesurfbonaire.com
I do a lot off working on my house-boat. Painting, remove badwood parts, replace new ones, cover up the roof and so on. Fix parts on sailing boats, dive a little in our dark and cold waters, wearing dubble 7 millimeters weatsute!! And relax a lot. Hit the Bonaire Webcams now and than!!!
