Gooood Morning! It's cooold outside! Damp too. I'm going diving this weekend! WooHoo! My dad is sooo excited. He will have 2 new dive buddies! We are going with a group of people and we are going to start our season with a shallow, shore, dive. The water will be cold, but Oh well!:-)

I hope that Barry is feeling much better today, Hugs go out to you1.

Morning Eileen, and my best wishes to Barry.
I was supposed to work today but yesterday was a general strike in France ( still the retirement new conditions problem ), and as the discussions during the night didn't come to nothing, the strike has been prolongated today. That means no train and underground, so I couldn't go to the airport.
Anyway, a lot of home work to do...

Good Morning Martine! I hope it is sunny over in France. We have not seen too much of the sun lately. Anyway, I'm off to work 1, at least it is getting closer to the long weekend!
Have a wonderful day everyone!

Have a nice day Eileen, I will be quite busy with the mountain of linen needing to be ironed :o( I'll pop out from times to times for a break. Time for lunch here.
PS the weather is so and so here. Rather chilly, sunny but with some short rainshowers.

I am sneaking in a quick one, Martine - linens are not my favourite, I usually let them pile up and then save them for last. See you soon!

we got back yesterday from our two weeks on Bonaire , and have to say it was wonderful (with one exception - but I am forbidden to mention it since its covered on a different bonairetalk thread).
Many thanks to those who captured the images of us all at the streetcam .
It was so nice to meet Grendal - he is much bigger in real life than the pictures on the cam.
Tip for those going - make big signs , sadly ours were a bit too small to read.

Sorry for pinching Rusty's idea, but I couldn't resist it, and there's nothing else to see at the moment. Annie B.

Hi folks,
I am talking in Catherinerose's name. Here is the mail she sent me to post on BT

"Hello, Martine: I wasn''t able toget this computer toaccept my password/username, so I'll try e-mailing you. If you get this, would you pass my comments on to the group, please?
We had dinner at Gibi's last night and met Jake and Linda, Mark and Kitty, and Tony and Lisa from Philadelphia. We had a very nice time, and it was good to meet these nice people.
It is hotter than we expected, and quite windy, but not as windy as Aruba.
Dined at some of the recommended restaurants and liked most of them. Tonight, we may try Mona Lisa, as Jake thought we'd like it there.
I love the bird watchning here. Brian dived 3 times (plus 2X in Aruba). Saw a few good sunsets.
Will write more later, maybe after June 7 when I get back to Edmonton.
We have to pack sometime today.
Hoping like heck that our morning flights to Curacao and Aruba go on schedule for our connecting flight to Toronto. Jake suggested we were taking a chance :-). "
Mission accomplished Catherine. Geez, time to go to bed here.
Nighty night gang, I wish I'll get some train to go to the airport tomorrow, can't stand anymore to be stuck here.

I can't believe that really got caught on the camera. I was "high fiving" Grendal. She puts her paw out to get your attention.
