Good morning, everyone. I'm up early this morning, waiting for a new bed to be delivered. It could be any time between 7.30am and 12.00noon. Anyone care to guess when it will come and also when it would have come if I had stayed in (the old) bed? We can't even put it up straight away as Bob is on night shifts.
I'll pop in during the morning to let you know the progress and let the web cams calm me down.
Julia

Hi Julia, you surely must be tired due to that @#~[&\ bed, cause we are...wednesday morning !
Hello everybody, and good morning. Another bright, sunny and surely warm day has started.
I phoned Jean Paul yesterday evening, they already were up and climbing on Ayers Rock to see the sun rise. The communication was too bad, couldn't hardly hear them.
Barbara and Margarite, I have an proposition for you. Chubby could be the Stoplight parrot's name and Polly his wife's name. She often appears on the cam. Brandy for the Fourbanded butterfly sounds great, and what about Captain Nemo for the turtle. He (she) only showed once... We also have many other little friends to name...
What do you think about another web page dedicated to all of us Bters showing on the reef and street cams ? Could be fun too.
I am just enjoying my morning coffee, anyone joining, I am not in a hurry this morning and I am staying around. Have a great day.

Good morning, Martine. The bed has arrived but Bob is asleep in the old one so I have a mattress in the hall and bits of bed all over the house.
I know how you feel about John Paul being away. Bob used to travel a lot for his job. Just after we were married he went away to the Cote d'Ivoire for three weeks and came back two months later! It was before there were mobile phones and I didn't hear from him in all that time! Anyway I am now going to do some horrible jobs so I feel I haven't wasted this morning.

Hi Julia, just think to the wonderful and sleepy night you'll have in the new bed and it will help you to do the job. Cheer up !
Regarding Jean Paul, I am fine and finally enjoy to be alone for a while even if I miss him. I am getting a bit worried, I talked with a coleague handling Singapore Airlines yesterday and he said they will shortly reduce their Paris flights from 7 to 5 per week, I hope JP's flight wont be canceled.

Gorgeous pics from yesterday! The SARS outbreak is still continuing on in Toronto. Other nations are advising people not to travel to TO to contain the virus. I don't blame them.

Martine, I hope everything goes well for your husband on the return flight.

Good morning, Martine (and Julia, if you're still there). The cold front has not come through yet, so it is still "warm" this morning--about 15C, 59F. Since it was low tide, I decided to take a run on the beach instead of breakfasting with the cammers. So now I don't have much time left to see what's going on. But it was nice out there--same hazy sun as what's showing on north cam, just 20F colder.

Of course, now the cams will be quiet until I have to leave. Just fish bits.

Martine,
I just wanted to tell you what an awesome job you did with the Reef Cam Critter Gallery and to any one else who may have helped!!!! I am just now trying to catch up on BT since my vacation. My new job is very demanding and leaves me little time and home has been the same. Anyway it came out great and I really enjoyed looking at it. It surely will help with PBD!
I think another for all the street cam folks would be great too. What about including a section for regular pictures or profile pictures of BT folks so we can recognise each other when on Bonaire?
Once again, job well done!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Hi Darlene, hi folks,
I think I did a terrible mistake (wrong manipulation) on my puter and I fear I deactivated internet explorer and don't know how to re-install it... Jean Paul will kill me... I actually am working on his puter. Oh boy ! And he is back in 13 days. What I feared happened ! :o(
Good idea yours Darlene, let's think abaout it
I have just reset my puter, can still catch Bonaire. Thanks God ! I'll use JP'one for surfing.

You've got to be careful about inactvating Inernet Explorer, Martine. Bill Gates doesn't like that. He'll send out his enforcers. If you hear a knock on the door, don't answer it.

Meanwhile, rush hour traffic has started.

John, I didn't even know what I did. I was worrried with a website I just visited still appearing on my Internet explorer starting page even after having quited this website...very strange. I sawed then it replaced my starting page and did that wrong manipulation trying to reset my starting page... Not too bothering afterall, I still have JP's puter to surf, but I promice, I don't touch anymore.

Morning John, and everyone else. Very hot here today, too hot to dig outside, so I dug around in the archives again to see what I could dig up. LOL

They are all out there, they just need to come a little closer. Annie B.

Martine, you could try shutting the puter down for a while, and then restart it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Martine, are you sure your thermometer is correct? Maybe its sitting in the sun? 45C is 113F. Yahoo weather shows current Paris temp as 25C/77F.

I see I missed the divers again, but somethings afloat on the North Cam,

Eileen: I'm getting a little worried now about SARS in Toronto. We will be in the area right after our trip to Aruba/Bonaire. We'll be going to Toronto, Brampton, London, Peterborough over ten days; I will stay and be in Orangeville and Brampton (again) for another 2 weeks. I'm thinking maybe we should try to stay in Bonaire longer.
