Hello everybody,
I thought someone would already opened a new thread.
Jean Paul left this morning, he presently is at the airport, his plane is leaving 12.25, means, when the day is beaking on Bonaire. 22 hours flying... I think he won't be able to seat down for a week :o)
I feel sad, it's the first time we separate in 5 years, but I don't worry, everything will be OK with him and with me. Have a nice day, I am staying around... ;o)

Good morning Eileen. Thanks for the hug, it makes me warm. Can't stop crying, but I think it is the accumulated stress of these past weeks I have to evacuate. My niece arrived safely from China this morning, thanks God, she looks fine. Have a nice day, I promice to post the sunrise pics for you.

I am sure everything will be fine, it is easier said than done. My thoughts are with you today!

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Martine,
The time will go fast and then you will have a great reunion :-)........It's good that you will be able to spend some time with your friend.....also no meals you "have" to cook, you can watch what you want to on TV, no snoring LOL...it can be a mini-vacation for you too!

Morning Carol,
You're right, this is the positive side of the story. This remembers me a very famous french song performed by Juliette Greco ( years 60, perhaps you know about her ) which is called "18 days" and she says she's desperate cause her hubby left for 18 days and she feels she won't bare it. But she had so much fun during the time he left the song ends saying : "my God, you are already returning tomorrow, 18 days are too short". That's precisely the time Jean Paul will be travelling. LOL
This also gives me the opportunity for dieting before we go to Bonaire. Then I will look like a James Bond girl in my diving suit :o)
I wish you a nice day.

Martine,
Your English is wonderful and my French is almost non-existent (I know food terms :-)), but I had to laugh (and I hope you will too) at your use of the word "bare". "Bare" means to take off clothing :-).....you meant "bear" which means to carry a burden or cope with something difficult. They are pronounced exactly the same way - just different spellings and meanings. "Bear" also means the animal (like a polar bear).......our English language is very confusing, but I think you do a great job. I just had to tell you this...so I hope the lady in your song was able to "bear" her husband being gone and didn't "bare" it instead! :-)

LOL Carol,
Of course the song means bear, but I wonder how the singer would have written it after her hubby's return...Oh, shame on me, perhaps I shouldn't have said that and Jake is able to censure me !!!

Hi Cynde, morning gal,
I know it will be shorter than I imagine :o)
Thanks to you too for helping. I am OK, just a little bluezzy ( don't know if it's the right writing ).
Regarding the fish, I wonder if it's not a four banded butterfly seen from a very strange angle...
or maybe a trunk or file fish ( because of the tail shape). It truly looks like a spanish dancer, but impossible to meet in the caribbeans.
The sun is back shining here but we had a short hailstorm ( ice drops big as rice grains ).

Annie, Mary Lou, Cynde, please forgive me, I forgot to ask about you, but my thoughts are with you.
Yes we had a snow/hailstorm shower, but it is melting when on the ground. I remind, around 25 years ago, it snowed in Paris First of May. They said it will turn warmer for the week end.
I missed the divers too... I was on the phone with my mother in law. But I got this one

Annie, glad to hear you are a little better! Keep heading in that direction! I think Laura will fel better in a few days. She isn't going to class tonight so she can rest. Thanks for getting the divers!
Holly, I was born in Lakewood and lived in Toms River until I was 7. I still have an uncle in Forked River but I don't get that way often.
Martine, ugh snow! Ours will hopefully be gone today, finally sunny and warm here (50F). Amazing how the sun and a little warmth can make things seem so much better!!
Dan, have a good day at work!

Made it to work. Its currently high thin clouds in Juneau with a temp of 36F/2C.

Let us see--the boat is gone show, the fish are gone showpic, and all but one of the trucks are gone showpic1. Since now one posted between my last and this post (unless someone has while composing this one) its a goner.

And I'm gone to get some work done.

Hi all,
I feel exhausted so I gonna go to bed, watch a DVD and sleep. My 17 bachelor days life has started, no cooking to do, just doing what I want. Dieting tonight ( do not feel hungry, that's great). Tomorrow is another day, a good night of sleep, and I'll wake up fresh and rest. Thanks all for all your warm thoughts, you are wonderful. Catch you tomorrow and I'll have a look to the sunset pics you posted while having my morning coffee. Bye, bye. I amour all.
