Morning Igor, Joost.
The sun is still rather low on Bonaire, but it seems to be a very fine day, as usual.
As Joost said, noon just started here, it is a bright sunny but chilly day in Paris. Igor, I forgot to ask you yesterday, how was your french week end ?
Have a nice day all, I'm staying around.

Hi Joost, yes unpack is finished but summer clothes need to be washed, ironed and kept in the board till the next time, then still a lot of home work to do.
I'm also checking the underwater pictures we'll show on our website. I'll tell you when it is finished.

Hi Martine!
We had a great weekend in Paris.
On sunday it was raining so we only walked around the neighbourhood of the hotel (Mont-Martre).
The concert of Zwan sunday evening was awseome!
On monday the weather was fine! Dry and the sun even tried to peek through the clouds. We decided 2 stay in the open air, so we walked from the hotel 2 La Fayette. Cinthie wanted 2 visit a few stores and we figured it might be relatively quiet on monday (the last time we were there, it was friday and we were scred of by the huge crowds) and it was. Afterwards we walked back and visited Cimetière Mont-Marte.
It was quite a walk (which we like) and we were very pleased by the calmness of Paris in this time of the year.
Thx 4 asking! How is your cold?

Igor, I am happy you enjoyed Paris and the concert. I wish Cinthie's stores visiting wasn't too cher for you !
My cold has gone now, quite normal, I'll be back working in a few days... I do not undersatnd why I always get a cold each time I am leaving for holidays. Psychosomatic confused ?

Good morning, Martine. Today looks like it will be a nice day here, as well as in Bonaire--although about 25C colder. But at least we will go above freezing for the first time in a while. Took some shots of the bay this morning, the sunlight was so nice. Will probably put one on the chat thread once I get it shrunk to acceptable size.

Igor, talking about sailing, Jean Paul and I had some hobbycat ride on Seychelles. Quite easy, cause nearly no wind as we had few experience, but the return to the shore was quite rough cause we missed the meeting point on the beach and sailed too far. No other option than pushing the hobbycat along the shore being shaked by the strong and high shore waves. The guy who rent the hobbycat was surpris and I don't understand why he refused to let us use it anylonger...mdr

So, I finally made it! A red-letter day!
That having been said, I need to get back to work.
See you all later!

Good Grief!!! :-) What a flurry of activity!!

Congratulations, Dan on FINALLY getting the chance to capture a diver underwater!!! :-)

Hey Blue, How's the weather on your side of the continent?? LOL

We finally got close to, or above the 0 C mark...
At least that's what the weatherguessers say :-)
Still cloudy and dreary looking compared to BON :-(

Oh well....Down to 24 days til I (we) get there!!

:-) :-) :-) :-) Bill :-) :-) :-) :-)

Was off on the community chat thread and missed the return. Here's another. Probably time to start a new thread--this is getting long to download.

Good morning, afternoon, evening, everyone (I think that covers it!)
Thanks for all the great pictures. Like the one from NOAA, Kevin.

Angela, glad to hear you are just about there with your packing! You need a store like we have around here called Reny's. It has everything all the time no matter the season. Very fun kooky (sp?) store. I am sure you will be able to find summer items in Bonaire!!

11 more days for me!!
