This may be an odd question, but has anyone seen any of the reef cam inhabitants lately? I can't remember the last time I saw a posting with Pierre, Charlotte, Satchmo, Picasso, or any of the other fish that I can't think of right now. Maybe people just got bored of posting them, but I don't recall seeing them in the archives as well (no, I haven't gone through days worth of archives to verify that).

Today is a great day! Thanks for that beautiful sunrise! I've missed so much in the last few days. Time to go back and catch up on web cam pics. Local news reports KK just opened a new location in town. Lines to gain access are hours long traffic is a MESS. All reports indicate its well worth it. Even the news reporters have a glaze on their lips. Can't wait untill I'm packaging some up for Jake & family. I already bought the tupperware :-) (Holliday is scheduled for May; I am suffering from "never been to Bonaire traumatic stress disorder")

michael, charlotte shows up every day or two, and picasso and satchmo have been around. haven't seen pierre in a while though!

I did a quick check in the archives for the last two days and came up with Charlotte and Satchmo. I think the problem is we’re all too busy working and not doing a good job of cam captures. Let’s get our priorities straight! Repeat after me: Work – BAD, Fish – GOOD.

As long as no unforeseen disasters happen, then yes, we will be moving to Bonaire come January...

Kitty has been offered a contract, which will be finalized in the coming days... and for me there is also a serious option that looks certain to result in a contract. Kitty is due to start February 1st. Which means we have a whole lot of arranging to do in a relatively short period...

The biggest problem we're facing will be... How am I going to tell this to my mom?? :-/

For *me* that's going to be easy: my mother visits the Antilles 5 months per year (she lives in Germany, but travels herself silly with her husband ). My father lives a few kms from Bonaire (Curacao) and my sister lives on the island...
Now that's a change of environment after 10 years of seeing my 'closest' family once/twice a year or less

Uhh, Marc, does she reads this board???? Than you better visit her right away...

She doesn't have a computer at home, and I doubt she surfs the net at work... let alone this site . I plan on leaving one PC behind for her, so we can chat and mail occasionally. She can even use my current account (and I can keep using the mail addies)
