Just curious. Is that noose that has been dangling in front of the reef cam for three days there for Jake to hang people with who forget to bring him Krispy Kreme Doughnuts?

That's what I think Elwin, but he says it's only some slack in the web cam cable that occurs when there is no current (or some such thing.)margarite

It's actually the mooring line attached to the buoy which is attached to a line attached to the mooring block upon which the ReefCam is mounted.
