Hi,everyone. I've enjoyed reading your messages and looking at the pictures that you have posted. It is so great to see fish and the ocean every day and to read about everyone's trips to Bonaire. I was just wondering if those"shark" pictures that were posted awhile back were just jokes. Some of them looked like plastic and then others looked pretty real. Do any of you have an opinion? The regulars on this board, most of whom travel to Bonaire as often as possible, enjoy playing games with the postings to keep it even more entertaining than just gazing at sun - salt water - fish - etc. So you are on the right track in your assessment of the shark postings...also live webcam shots of seahorses, mermaids, you name it! Check out some of the other topics on Bonaire Talk to see postings of actual underwater photos, there are many very talented photographers who share their pix.

Hey John, if you're not too attached to that license plate, find Bas. He'll trade you for a nice shiny (well, 'used') Bonaire plate. He traded me motorcycle plates while I was down there - great souvenier.

John, If Bas is out there today, he may see the posts, otherwise just go down to the "Keyword Search" button at the bottom of the page and do a search for "Bas" in the 'names of authors' category.... you should be able to find one of his postings and pull his e-mail address off of there.
