Annette, it may be mid week to you, but I prefer to think of it as ONE WEEK TO GO! This time next week we will have left BWI and will be airbound towards Mo-Bay, with a quick zip through and then on to Bonaire. Has it only been 15 months since we left?

They send a meteo alert for tomorrow : strong winds about 70/60 knots on the Atlantic and Channel coasts and 50/60 knots in Paris area...Annette, and the Dutch team, prepare yourselves to a windy day too. Airports activities may be disrupted like two weeks ago. I wish you a very nice evening to you all. I think I go to bed and rest a bit. I fear tomorrow will be a hard day. Goodnight all.

Cynde,Cecil...is Slim a Seahorse? I saw many seahorses on my last trip to Bonaire....they're so sweet. My goal on that trip was to see one...and there he was waiting for me on the first dive! I'm going back. just 21 days.

Here's a couple of odd ones I found.

James/Margarite (I don't know which of you posted above about seeing the seahorses you wanted to see) I was finally persuaded to try snorkelling with the statement that maybe, just maybe I could see a cowfish... I'd seen them in aquariums and thought they were the most wonderfully unique beings! Of course the fellow that persuaded me knew that the chance of that was absolutely slim - he just wanted to tempt me into braving putting my face into water. Anyway, I did - and what was the very first fish that came into view???!

p.s. Haven't seen one since, either - and I've been snorkelling to more exotic places where they SHOULD have been more numerous!
