Especially when you're leaving tomorrow for Bon !!

Need to get all set, but there's so many things to do first. Smacked up the car seriously on the freeway last night (not my fault, something fell off a truck, and I hit it with 100kph). Nothing serious with me, not at all .. but it gets you back home late at night, creates a lot of paperwork & calls to get some diff'rent car ..

Anyway .. all done now, yet I'll start ironing my wedsuite, vaseline-up the fins, and clean up the house a bit ...

Nuff to do ..

And to all of you, a very good morning ..
Who's in for some coffee ??

No pix yet, for it's still dark ...

Rachid, I think I'll find you tomorrow .. especially when you use the snorkel .. :o)
I'll be the one complaining at the gate for a better chair (2m+) ..

Good morning, Olaf! Glad to hear you were not hurt/injured in your motor vehicle mishap last night. Hopefully everything will be taken care of while you are away enjoying Bonaire....you lucky dog! Have a wonderful trip and say hello to all of the fish and marine life for me...you lucky dog! Love your quote on your profile, too!! Take some photos so you can share them with us when you return, OK? Have fun. Here is some early morning activity at the Reef Cam...the day is now beginning on Bonaire...wish I could be there, too. That's not the way 2 go Olaf. Good 2 hear u're all right. Did u crash your car after u hit the stuff on the road or did u "just" ran over it?

Boy, it just keeps getting better this morning...even more beautiful colors. I need to be on Bonaire right now! The PBD just never goes away....only when you are on the island. Until then, we have to enjoy the cams and trip reports and photos....much better than nothing at all! I just made my Dewey Egbert's cup of coffee to get my day rockin' and rollin'...that stuff will definitely get you movin'! CaroleNorth

Even more beautful, if that is at all possible.....oh...to be on Bonaire now....The shadow from the roof on the Richter home is now in the frame....season's are changing quickly. I am going to miss being on the "same" timezone with Bonaire as of tomorrow with the clocks falling back....will not have as much sunlight/cam time after coming home from work....sniffle. Will have to enjoy the archives, I guess...sniffle. CaroleNorth

Good morning, Carol! that Leapin' Kitty is a great capture! I'll be adding that to my library. Olaf so glad it wasn't serious and you'll forget all about it once you get to Flamingo Airport, step off the plane and feel the fresh island breeze on your face. Hi,Igor. Don't you have a rehearsal or a dinner or a shower or something today? Wish I could have you all over for dinner tonight...... we're making goat stew and funchi for our family and friends. Come on over!! Bring wogga. margarite

Hi all ...
Thnx for the interest .. but it wasn't a personal drama (luckily) .. the car has probably $8k to $10k damage, but nicely insured.
Igor, I hit it full .. didn't stop me, I probably shoved it out of the way. Car was still driving ok, steering etc. It's just I lost all the water, so I could drive home .. anyway, took me the whole morning to settle things, now I have to rush to get the last few things ..

Carole, we'll sure post tons of pix .. hope to rent a UWcam, or get my hands on a UW case for my cam .. and you'll have to smile at the cam when I take a picture of you all when you're watching us on the cam :o) ..

Rush now, back later ..
Grtz

Nice cap Carole!
No Margarite. We've had our shower 2 weeks ago & we don't want 2 rehearse anything.
We do have a party 2night. But it's "just" a birtday-bash of a friend/nephew of mine.
Will be plenty of wogga, so u won't see me 2night or early on sunday :) (2 bad we can't join u for dinner :( )

Hi Carole, what a great shot of the leaping kitty, that’s amazing. What are the odds of that happening?

Congratulations Igor, it won’t sound weird for long. I’m celebrating my 3rd anniversary in a week and I couldn’t be happier, hope that you will be as happy as I am.

Hehe .. Marc .. I most certainly hope it's not 'as beautiful' as R'dam ... being born here showed me enough uglyness the last 31 yrs ..
I'd prefer some unspoiled wildlife ...

Igor .. my quote is copyrighted hehe, so ehh .. gimme your bank-accountnr. and I will automatically withdraw the fee ... :o)

Martin, I'll be there tomorrow, and will be leaving on Sunday afternoon (18.30 local time I believe) .. I saw you'll arrive on Friday the 1st ??
So maybe, you (and your Miss'es), Rachid and (ahh, lost her name .. scroll through BT) Simone, and us should meet up on Saturday night at the most cheerful pub around (which is ??? I don't know, I'm a newbie to the island).

Name a bar/pub/thing/place and I'll tell Rachid (if he doesn't show up anymore) to meet & have a beer ... and think about all of them back home in snow blizzard, hurricans (en wat dies meer zijdt).

Lemme know ... I'll be up to 01.00/02.00 ... and leave around 9am tomorrow .. so after that, I won't know ..

Cheerz ..

Hi everybody, and a special hello to you Olaf and Rachid. I dedicate this pic for you sunss.
I planed a surprise for you at Schipol airport tomorrow, please tell me when you are back, if it worked or not. A wish you a nice and pleasant flight. Olaf, just ask for an emergency exit, it is more comfortable cause no seat in front of you.
Boys ( and girls ), just enjoy you stay. Don't worry about the rain there, it never lasts very long, and, afterall, it doesn't matter when you are diving, aren't you wet anyway ? You'll probably fly over Charles de Gaulle Airport around 01.30PM, jut pay attention, you probably see a fair lady with a yellow fluo jacket waving at you from the tarmac. I turn mad thinking tomorrow night, you will be there.sunss1 That what waiting for you tomorrow night ! Enjoy as musch as you can.

Olaf, seems like you have a long day ahead of you... Flights are being delayed already...
Strange day this, we have the most severe storm of this fall yet, and still the skies are blue. Also getting up and find that it's only 10.45 yet... Wintertime has set in last night.

I think I'll stay in today :)
