Our internet connection is still down, and to add insult to injury, my FAX line now has no dial tone either, meaning I have to repatch my phone wiring to allow my computer to dial out. Arg. They say they are working on it...

Well, it appears (knock on wood) that our connection is back again. Of course I just learned that if you Ctrl-Alt-Del a RedHat Linux machine at the login prompt, it reboots, so our camera server is down for a few minutes. I'm too used to Windows XP's and Windows 2000's login screens where you have to Ctrl-Alt-Del to get to a login prompt - reflex.

Anyhow, I'm going to start updating the archives momentarily. It will probably take the better part of the next 24-36 hours to get the archives updated on the WebCams server in the U.S. (14000 files to upload across our shared connection).

I'll clean the "cam turd" off the ReefCam tonight when we do our spawn dive.

Jake

Jake, like I mentioned earlier, I can be hired... :)

Enjoy your night spawn dive, wish we could be there.. But only 4 weeks, 6 days and about 2 hours before take off, but who's counting...

Cynde - I am planning on videoing the dive tonight. We'll see if anything comes of it.

See you soon, Martin!
