It's been raining here too, funny weather we are having this year, but at least it cools down with the rain.(just right for work)
Martine when you see all those people going away, I bet you wish you was too. but not long to wait for you till September.I too have a busy weekend, my children come to visit.

Shiva is back!

Good Morning everyone! I see you all captured the best from the webcam...was scanning the archives and saw that lengthy visit from Shiva...some of the better tentacle views hs/she's every displayed. Just got done making our reservations at Glacier Natl. Park...this hotel was full but the picture gives a nice view of the peaks...

Another fish at last!

The park looks beautiful......are the temps cool there?

The park info says the temps can get as high as 90 degrees in the summer but usually 15 degrees cooler in the higher elevations..lots of hikes into alpine meadows, lots of lakes but no diving!

Carol, if you want to visit the park via the internet it's at www.glacierparkinc.com There's also an article about it in Sunset magazine this month which probably accounts for why I didn't get my hotel of choice!

I'm sure you'll have a great time....maybe there will be a cancellation at the hotel you want. I am headed for Florida next week (tagging along on business trip with hubby) for a few days of "doin' nuttin" before school starts up again.
