Beautiful shots on yesterday's thread of the moonrise! Couldn't find the moon, otherwise - except to see that it stayed light all night on the windsurf and donkey cams.

Good Morning All! Well back to the grindstone after a wonderful week down in Bonaire. Had a blast. Yes that was my husband and me on the underwater cam holding the sign Hello Huntsville, AL. We also held it up two days later but was not captured. We even went to the beach cams but didn't see us there either. Oh well guess we'll just have to do with the one picture. Thanks for capturing it so we could show our friends. Well got to go will talk more later.

Pennie-if you tell me what date, approximate time and which beach cam you were at I'll look for you guys in the archives.

Mara-we were on the beach cam north and beachbarcam. It was on wed the 1st of November around noon. (I think can't really remember time as wasn't wearing a watch). Thanks for looking and hope you find us!

Hello everyone, my goodness every time I leave and come back they've added a cam. I actually have been called Dive Goddess before and Temptress but that's a completely different subject.

As for the T-shirt - actually the entire sign was gone for a little while this afternoon and then it was back. I'm guessing that it went in for lunch and then back out after lunch - but that's just a guess.

I'm sorry to see the sign back on the sidewalk. It really detracts from an otherwise great view of the downtown. Am I alone on this?

GREAT Pennie - glad I was able to get it right. LOL. Isn't it amazing just how close you have to get to the camera in order to actually see stuff with it?!?! Here's one from me this summer and I was right in front of it - the other folks thought I was NUTS being so close.

Actually since Remax is the sponsor of that particular webcam I really don't have a problem with it. Now if they didn't sponsor the new webcam then yes, I would have a problem with the sign but hey - we are enjoying the view anyway AND it gives folks a place to stand and know where they need to be to get "in the picture".

Nathalie, I believe ReMax is the sponsor of the new streetcam...so their sign is acknowledged like Eden Beach's sign on their pier. Fine with me. Thanks ReMax for the new cam and for the new angle!! (Now I won't be seen every time I venture into the Atlantis Jewelry Store!)

Thanks Roy - there were 2 nights where the Moonrise was spectacular - have never seen it like that before but then the windsurf cam is fairly new
