morning Judy...Kathy - not sick per say but I lost 4 large (20") Koi fish yesterday that I raised from 3 inchers for two years. I was (am)just really bummed out

Timmmmmy, Sorry about your Koi fish. Maybe test your water to see what got them? I had no idea they got that big, I have seen some at my friends house down the street, but they are not that big, probably half that size.

Blew my knee out walking this week, guess I overdid it a bit. Hope it heals up soon, Think I am going to buy one of those Gazelles I see at stores, low impact and my knee won't get damaged walking on hard surfaces.

I'd say that's sick, Timmmmmy. Sick at heart. You raised them from babies! I'm so sorry. Did your pump malfunction? I felt devastated when we lost so many trees after Charlie - we'd planted them 20 years earlier..... they were our babies too!

Timmy - so sorry to hear about your Koi. We also have Koi & have gotten attached to them - so I know what you mean

Debbie - bummer about your knee - hope it heals quickly for you. My sister-in-law uses an elliptical & swears by it - much less stress on the knees & gives you a good workout.

Timmmmy, so sorry about the koi...what happened?
Debbie, hope your knee is better very soon, esp since you've got a trip coming up!

Gail - Angela put the hose in to add water to the pond but forgot about it...too much chlorine in the city water supply...I discovered it to late for the dechlorinator to save those four ...the other five are OK so far....rest in peace poor Senki, Bovine, Carmine and Bonefish...Angela feels awful too.

Timmmmmy, sorry about your loss. I have 10 that I have to bring in soon, what a project! One of my big boys is 15 years old, he loves to be picked up and played with, very strange fish.

What a bummer, Timmmmmy. John has finally taken to setting a timer when he's either adding water to the pool, or draining some out. Forgot about it too many times.... and it's so easy to do once you get busy with something else. I'm glad you caught it before losing all.
