Jos, the waterline goes all the way to where the stairs are, and the deck was wet - so a girl can't suppose? lol And on the pics, I tried copying and pasting it into my browser and it went to the pics. It's not a clickable link. :-)

As usual the donkeys are the only things moving.

Is it my imagination or is the visibilty at Willy better even accounting for the camera cleaning?

Good morning All,
Just a little over a month and we'll be in sunny Bonaire. Any last minute tips as to which place to dive first? Can hardly wait. Hope this finds everyone in good health. Well back to the grindstone.

Good morning and a warm welcome to Pennie.

Pennie, every dive site along the shore, either north or south, is a good place to start. :-))

Very quiet on all of the cams. Just someone checking the bar floor.

Erik,
Excuse my ignorance, but where exactly is Willy located. The reason I ask is we had a sign made up to say hello to everyone back here and would like to dive that site first or second and make everyone back home jealous. :-)

Pennie - The ReefCam is located about 100 feet out into the water past the pier at Eden Beach Resort. The ReefCam is mounted on a cubical cement mooring, and resides at a depth of approximately 60 feet (20 meters), facing the stern of the wreck of the sailing yacht, Bakanal (Willy).Divers are welcome to dive from Eden Beach at any time. If you don't want to lug around your tanks (or equipment for that matter), the folks at WannaDive Bonaire, the on-site dive shop, would be happy to rent you all you need, or even provide a guided dive to the ReefCam.

I've never noticed a table and chair on the south beach before. Guess someone did some al fresco dining!

Good morning Kathy, Jos, Theresa, Stan, Christine, Timmmmy, Pennie, Erik and all to follow!
Pennie, just be sure to check the current so you can get in at a spot where you won't be kicking like heck to get to the cam. The staff will help you do that! It's a fun dive!

FYI, Jake helped me to use Paypal for the membership. He will do it for gold or higher membership type. Should be real soon now, as I've sent the money.
