First time poster here. Have been enjoying all your posts for some time and thought that since we will visit Bonaire for the first time the end of October I should say hi. Have really enjoyed reading all your posts and seeing the pics. Can hardly wait (49 days, 21 hours and 45 min. but whose counting) to get there. Well boss is back so have to get to work. Hopefully will talk more.

Great to have all the cams up and running again and the u/w cam is nice to see again too! Just back from running errands, it finally stopped raining here in Jersey and going to hit 80 degrees today, now that's more like it!

Hi Dan! I know how you feel about the rain, we've had more than our fair share as of late, was nice to see the sun come out yesterday and today!

Hurray! You made it in one piece, Patrick! Does it just feel wonderful to be on the beach and feel that breeze? Looks like there might not be much wind today though. Haven't seen a windsurfer all day.

It's countdown time for us! It's 32 hours until our plane leaves tomorrow night. We'll be in Bonaire around 6:30 a.m. Saturday the 9th. Yeah!!!!!!!!

I need to finish packing, going thru the do I really need this and that and what can we not bring. I've never been to Bonaire and wondering is it super casual shorts, shirts and shoes? And what is the temp during the day---making sure we have plenty of sun tan lotion etc. See ya'll soon!!!!

Have a safe trip to Bonaire and enjoy, Cathy! Super casual is what I do. If you like to dress up at times, dinner would be the time to do it. Most of the time, I am either in the water, or in shorts and tees. I do bring just one dressier outfit if going to a really nice restaurant and want to feel pretty! But mostly, I am so glad to not have to dress up and enjoy the island, the diving, dresses and skirts just don't fit when I am there.
