On the background palm tree in the north beach webcam there is what appears to be a plastic pipe frame with something stretched over it - some image plus some writing. Could some kind soul please enlighten me as to what it is. There was a similar object on the south beach webcam laying flat on the sand yesterday.

Mashi danki,

David

form their website:
40 feet under water
This inaugural under water art exhibition will, in a surprising way, ask attention for the ultimate natural beauty in the coastal areas of Bonaire. The exhibition implicitly pleas for the need of conservation of this exceptional nature reserve.
At 40 feet under, old and new work will be surveyed by custodians. I put work on show I recently made from above the Wadden (Wetlands), in the salt pans of Bonaire and in Antarctica. At the start of these hundreds of square metres of exhibition space sits a cashier, with oxygen-apparatus ready to punch the admission ticket.
Period: December 3, 2004 till January 27, 2005 Opening hours, each day from 15.00 to 17.00 hours and in the evening from 19.30 to 21.00 hours Only for visitors with a diver's license or accompanied by a dive instructor. More at: http://www.40feetunderwater.com

Mashi danki for the enlightenment, folks. I hope to be able to see it in person some day.
