Good morning all.
well, if you live in the Netherlands, snow is a special thing. Not often this much snow. So, enjoying it while it lasts.

Coffee will taste extra good. Downside of the snow: my new laptop should be delivered today here, but with this weather........keep hoping.
:-)

Good Morning! 1st time here, so a quick introduction. I lived in Curacao from '74 - '83, and spent a lot of time in Bonaire then. I have only been back once since. I am sure things have changed a little since but I hear the diving is still incredible... I am now living in Germany, and like Stan is experiencing in Holland, it is snowing!

Welcome to Bonaire Talk Jan!

Yes Bonaire has changed a lot.

When it is cold here, those of us in the North East U.S. seem to visit the web cams a lot.

Again, welcome to the boards.

Good Morning Stan, Smack, Tom and a special welcome to Jan to BT!

Jan: I love your profile! Are all those precious dogs yours? I have a little Jack Russell and all she does is bounce 3' high: she is 11 years old and still jumping high!

Stan, hope your new computer arrives today.

Cold here again, but it is supposed to go into the mid fifties by end of week.

Good morning Stan, Jan, Debbie Smack and Tom. :-)
No snow here, but I wish. It will be 60's - up to 68 this week. To think of something good to motivate me this morning - it will be a short workweek, just 3 days and off again Friday. I can deal with that!

Buenos Dias Everyone and hoping you all had a wonderful Christmas.

Welcome Jan, love the dogs!! Do you breed them?

I had a great Christmas - Rafa and girlfriend came from Puerto Rico so we celebrated Christmas Eve with a wonderful dinner and lots of people who came over. I guess like everyone else we have eaten like crazy but that's what the holidays are all about.

Kathy, nice big family you have and the story about your husband's dad brought tears to my eyes. It is something you only hear on TV.

Debbie, everything was delicious and I still have leftovers. Muchas gracias/Thank you.

We are having nice weather - it is going to be like in the mid 50's - 60's through the week and weekend.

Enjoy the day and will try to come back later. Lots of work lately!!!!

Don't forget to :-) :-)

Hi Liz!

Yeah, we just got two inches of snow on Sunday and a heat wave coming up! Fine with me, I don't like the cold at all. Strange weather, though. I hope all is going well with your PT and getting stronger every day, Liz. We're thinking of you and I just can't wait to meet you in February. We will have to do that dinner we have always talked about doing!

We got two guitars going on and an audience to boot!

Liz,

I think Jan's dogs are mastiff's, a form of a boxer. Not sure, but looked in the web page and they sure look like them. Jan, if you read this, please let us know their correct breed. Debbie

Liz, they are French Mastiffs or Dogue de Bordeaux, named after their color.

Debbie, I'm starving. I've had a handful of almonds and that's it. Salivating thinking of a chicken salad for lunch. lol

Tami, sometimes they're totally naked! hehe Speaking of which, we are supposed to expecting a "moon" at the u/w cam this week. :-)

Diana, that sounds like a lot of fun. Can just see you flying across a meadow with hair streaming and the horse's breath making a fog. Dang.

Jan, another webcam to watch! You'll have to let us know when you take the dogs out.

Kathy, I know what you mean! LOL But I did try on my bathing suit and said OH BOY! Not ready yet. So, that is helping my cravings a bit. Hang in there, after all that good food over the week-end, it will take a few days for our stomaches to adjust to less. :-( Nice to know I am not the only one trying to at least. Going on vacation is a great motivator. Walking on the beach will be better than this treadmill and a lot more scenic!

Huhhh, Kathy- if you go by your picture on your profile- YOU don't need to loose any weight- you look great!!
I went on Adkins yesterday- promptly gained a pound. Will have to stay away from the beachcam at least- but for sure am going to try to find the 'fishcam'!! only a month to go!! (But maybe I won't moon anyone- I heard a story about someone trying to do that and getting tangled up and somehow his weight belt fell off and he shot to the surface with his suit around his knees!!)
