Good Morning! 1st time here, so a quick introduction. I lived in Curacao from '74 - '83, and spent a lot of time in Bonaire then. I have only been back once since. I am sure things have changed a little since but I hear the diving is still incredible... I am now living in Germany, and like Stan is experiencing in Holland, it is snowing!

Kathy, I know what you mean! LOL But I did try on my bathing suit and said OH BOY! Not ready yet. So, that is helping my cravings a bit. Hang in there, after all that good food over the week-end, it will take a few days for our stomaches to adjust to less. Nice to know I am not the only one trying to at least. Going on vacation is a great motivator. Walking on the beach will be better than this treadmill and a lot more scenic!
