Morning All! Looks like there was some overnight rain - but dawning to another beautiful Bonaire day. Nice sky. Cloud formations like I'm used to in New Zealand. And, what an inviting sea.

Can't wait! Just 4 more sleeps and I'll be there.

Good morning. :-) I crack up everytime I see someone standing at Bongos with a cell phone in front of the cam. We get at least one a day! It's like "the thing" to do. Call you loved ones so they can say, "I see you now!"

Not many fish stirring yet this morning, just loners! 1

Sorry to hear your dad's back in the hospital, Barbara. I imagine these are tough times for your family. Hang in there!

OK, back to my shopping, only two more things to go and I'm done. I love shopping online in my pajamas. lol Just can't stand getting out there in the crowds, especially with my head cold! (I did it yesterday and it was awful) Have to walk around with a tissue in my hand, just in case I sneeze. ack!

Thanks Kathy....it looks cool but I wonder about damage to the baby coral and since there is such a strong current at that particular site I also wonder is the art will be tempted to float away?

Good Afternoon One and All:

Just got back from taking daughter to eye exam and buying cookie baking supplies. Three stores to find oatmeal! Can you believe it?

So, off to bake cookies with my little guy. He loves to help bake cookies.

Barbara: Sorry to hear about your dad. Hope he gets better soon, it's a lot of work for you, hang it there

Kathy: GET BETTER! Chicken soup and lots of fluids.

Hi to all! I have finally gotten up the courage to make my first post. Probably because I REALLY want to plan a trip for my husband and I. I'd like any help you all can give. I'm limited to travel time....June thru early Aug. I bet you figured it out...I work in a school - teacher's aide in special education. My questions are - how is the weather during summer months and which hotels would be recommended? Not the most expensive but not to cheapie. We both have little experience in snorkeling- but are willing to learn.

Hi Sherry. :-) Your best bet is to click on Bonaire Talk at the top of this page, and look into the other categories - like Accommodations, Getting to Bonaire, Snorkeling, etc. It's the best way to get most of your questions answered, just by reading the other posts there. Welcome!
