Good Morning Karin and Eileen. Our sunrise this morning is just beautiful here in Ohio but it's cold outside.
It looks pretty sunny in Bonaire now.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day today.

Henk must have moved the camera a couple of days ago, I haven't touched it. We might play around with it in a day or three. From the ground it looks like a good position, but I haven't seen the pix from it 'cos the link's still excruciatingly slow. I've typed on Teletypes that were quicker. . It took 4 minutes to download just the text from yesterday.

The mosquitos are biting me *right* through 100% DEET. Maybe kerosene will work... I'm starting to look like I have chicken pox! Anyone have a better suggestion, that's available here?

I'd figured to do my checkout dive early this morning, but lower GI distress interfered

Hi Stan! Y'know, mosquitos never bother me. Don't know why - maybe my very unsweet blood. But they DO bite my husband, they LOVE him, lol. Deep Woods Off worked for him.

And get your tail in the water! ;) The view from the barcam is not good. We're looking at....sand. Hope ya'll can do something! Have fun!

Stan, a good plan is to stay underwater, I've heard Mosquitos don't chase you down there.
I also read somewhere Cactus juice is good as well, and I've seen plenty of them on the island.

Pete

Stan,
Don't know if it will help, but it was Bob (or maybe Bart) that suggested a product you can get locally that is supposed to work well. But I would prefer what the rest have suggested. Get Wet!

Hi Stan!
Bummer, looks like the clouds we're getting here are invading you too! 20% chance of rain tomorrow, so of course it will pour while we are trying to move all that brush and debris. Or while Ron and Bob are bringing us a bookcase from the store out to the house:-P
Oh guess what? Yesterday was my last day at AZ Sun, they closed a week early. A day or two next week to clear everything out, but that's it. Hey, how come you didn't ask for suntan stuff???? If you fry...!!!
So, it's an hour later, are you getting in the water yet? Maybe skeeters don't wait for you to come out like killer bees do...

Welcome back Kathy. Glad the conference went ok for you. I agree about the position of the bar cam. It looks like it is looking down towards the ground.

What about if it came lower down the pole, and then looked straight ahead. This is not a moan, just a suggestion, that's all. Annie B.

Hi everyone,
So jealous of Annie to have done almost all of her Xmas shopping already. I usually promise myself that I'll start right after Thanksgiving, but that never works out that way. Maybe one of these days I'll learn.
Seems like a quiet day on Bonaire. I've got to work all weekend but took an hour off today for a long walk. Sitting behind the computer is so tiring, except when camming.
Have a wonderful evening everyone.
Margarita

Going to take my Brandon to see "The Incredibles" tonight. He's 10.

I got to learn how to make things move etc. and nice little accents to pics someday. I just never get around to it. I'm only so good on the computer, should really take a course. See everyone later. Debbie

Sweet dreams everyone, I am off to my bed.
