Good Morning all. I don't post very often but I sure have been lurking a lot.
The wife and I are leaving tonight and will be on the beach tomorrow. It's been a year since our last Bonaire trip and we are really looking forward to it.
We didn't make it on the camera's last time but are going to this time.
Trip report will be posted next week. Take care all.

Hi Gang, Just got back from shopping for sneaks with my teenage daughter. What a tiring trip. Nice captures everyone. Not too cold here today, but on the cloudy side. Glad to hear you got a new stash of pills, Cynde. I'm o.k. for now. I will probrably need some when hubby goes back in November and I can't go at that time. :-( That will be two times in the last two months for him. Life is not fair, but I will make up for it next year, I can tell you that. He will just have to pose for me on the cams when he goes, or I'll pitch a fit. :-)

Yeah, Cynde, that's why I'm going crazy with everyone down there, hubby goes, comes back, goes again. You see, we bought a house on the island, I went down at the end of Aug. with my daughter and friend to see it and tell hubby what needs to be taken down etc. etc., but jeez, he keeps thinking of so many, many things to do that I can't do and HE has to be the one going for now, so paybacks are coming! :-)

Forgot to mention, I do have a very handsome nine year old and a 16yr. old daughter in school, so we all just can't go together. Someone has to watch the fort, take the kids to work, soccer. etc. I do, however, have a ticket for Feb. 2005 for a two week holiday, not sure if I can wait that long.

Gary Long, Bonaire is on Atlantic Standard time year round. During the winter, they're an hour ahead of NY. During the summer, when NY puts the clocks ahead an hour, Bonaire does not, so the times are the same during the summer.

Eileen...poor Quinn! Sounds like you had a great feast!

ST...taking down wallpaper is NEVER fun...ugh! My kitchen had 30 year old wallpaper AND then they had put contact shelving paper on top of that...that was a nightmare!

Hi Wieste!

Superturtle, have a relaxing night, too bad you could not get the crew from In A Fix to come and do your wallpapering and painting etc. :-)

I just remember taking down wallpaper when I was much younger at my parents, my fingers always were dry and sore.

Quinn is finally asleep.. Hopefully for the rest of the night:-).

Thanks for the Flickie, Annie :-)

Cynde, have a great time!! :-) :-)

Eileen, don't know which is worse for hands - icky wallpaper, or working miles of small sized wire. Icky wallpaper dries hands out for sure, but the wiring work leads to cuts and scrapes. Hurts even worse when I go back to wallpaper removal!!

Wietse, good luck on finding a new home :-)

Time for me to say goodnight - got a full day of painting and house cleaning tomorrow!! :-) :-)

Goodnight all - be safe!! :-) :-)
