Annie, your first one is of Sarge me thinks...I got him on the other thread, and must not have been awake, thinking a damsel at that depth, but Sarge and his buddies hang out there!

I wonder if our strange man is Ruud...kind of looks like him...well, Ruud is not strange, but you know what I meant! LOL!

Annie, I can't quite figure out what kind of fish you posted. (The one above was blue tangs). And I was looking on the old page and think I've figured out what the divers' sign said. "Dive Naked". lol

Cripes! I didn't notice that the boats weren't there. First time I have seen them move. LOL. The tree didn't catch fire tonight, but this face is looking out from under the pier. Annie B.

Hello Everyone, Joel left early this morning and will for the rest of the week. So no morning BT for me unless I am lucky:-).

I am glad Diana arrived safely! Some have asked how Quinn is doing, his sores are going away and is feeling much better. It will be a few more days though before he is not contagious to other babies and young children. Thank-you for your wishes!:-)

I hope Ivan misses Bonaire. I hope that Ivan misses Florida too. My hearts go out to all.

Kathy. I leave early tomorrow morning. Ok, it is already tomorrow here. Countdown is 3 more hours, and then I am off. I already had a snooze on the sofa, but hope I will sleep on the plane or on the beach.

Eileen. I am glad that Quinn is getting better. It is such a worry when our babies get sick. Seems much worse when it is the first born too. A gentle pinch, and a kiss for those chubby little cheeks. Annie B.

Won't work...oh well, phooey. I know the documents contain data. lol

Hi Eileen! Sorry your son has been sick. :-(
And I'm sick of hurricanes! We are still stuck under what's left of Frances, here. Rain, rain go away.

Annie, nice Donald Duck...and troll! LOL! I wonder if they did move the boats because of Ivan, probably to one of the harbors...I am just sick, I really hope it misses Bonaire and not much damage comes out of it...the reef is just beginning to recover from Lenny...sigh...

Kathy, what kind of error are you getting when you try to post. A few BT'ers have been getting the "Page not found" error, was that it?

Top of pagePrevious messageNext messageBottom of page Link to this message  By Kathy Hall (Experienced BonaireTalker - Post #550) on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 - 7:24 pm:     Edit PostPrint Post

Cynde - I kept getting "Document contains no data", though it was 3 small pics. Strange, but I thought to myself, maybe I should delete my temp internet files. Y'think that could be it?

Top of pagePrevious messageNext messageBottom of page Link to this message  By Cynde (BonaireTalk Deity - Post #12116) on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 - 7:26 pm:     Edit PostPrint Post

Kathy, try deleting your temp files and then try again and see if it works...just curious, as some of us have been getting this page not found error...

Top of pagePrevious messageNext messageBottom of page Link to this message  By Annette (BonaireTalk Deity - Post #12041) on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 - 7:26 pm:     Edit PostPrint Post

Kathy. Deleting those temporary files always works for me. It is surprising how they mount up during the course of a day. I delete my files every day, sometimes even twice. Annie B.

I hate the sound of these hurricanes, and I hope everyone stays safe. My brother just came back from USA. He was supposed to be in Orlando for 1 week and then Tampa for 1 week. Charley completely wiped out his accommodation in Tampa, so had 2 weeks in Orlando instead. He enjoyed it very much. I have the pictures to prove it. Annie B.

Ok you guys. I am gonna try and get a couple of hours sleep now. WARNING! I am gonna be real grumpy when I have to wake up at 4.00 a.m. I am never in the best of moods first thing in the morning, and in the middle of the night I am even worse. LMHO. See you all in two weeks time. Be good ya'll now, now misbehaving while I am away. Annie B.

Annie B, I hope you have a great trip! Have a safe flight and a wonderful time!

Consider Quinn hugged and kissed:-)! I have been trying to put him down for his nap before his final bottle for the day.

I love the flicky Annie B!

Have a GREAT trip Annie, relax and unwind and have a truly blissful vacation. :-) Thanks as always for the flickie. When you close your eyes on vacation, it's ok to see fish and sunset pics. :-) That's always a GOOD thing.

Sidenote: I use Mozilla Firefox as a browser, not Internet Explorer anymore (too many problems, too much adware sneaking in, and those damned popups!) So I got a lesson tonight in clearing the cache (it's different). Pretty sure that fixed my pic posting problem.

Hope everyone sleeps well. BTW, Ivan does appear threatening. I'm pretty sure the prayers and positive thoughts of millions weakened Frances, hoping the same for Ivan.

Night ya'll.

Projected path of Ivan now touches Bonaire. Just projected, but I hated to see this. It can still not go there, there is always hope. Positive thoughts and prayers, BON.

Here is another up-to-the-minute site for tracking Ivan. If you look at the Strike Probability map, it looks like it could be a category 4 for Bonaire.
