Oh Eileen, that IS beautiful.
My birthday went OK, fairly quiet during the day. Kev worked on the house with his mate Phil, and I trolled about and had the car cleaned and valeted. My son Lee and [pregant] wife Julie came with Gabrielle [20 months] for a couple of hours and then last night we went dancing with 4 friends and had a cake to celebrate. We haven't been dancing for months, and boy do we ache this morning

Sounds wonderful Jenni, dancing sounds a wonderful time! When is the baby due? I got your mail.

I love how the sun beams in here in the mornings. I would love to have a coffee or a tea here at this time of day.

Hubby has to go to work now, I though I had a bit more time. Oh well...

Jos....my wonderful work just instituted a new policy....no internet, except for work related research. not even during breaks or lunch (which was when I did most of my camming!)

Now if someone wants to be really helpful....figure out how BT could be research for health insurances and their policies and procedures. LOL!!!!!

Sorry to hear that LaDonna. That's just way too restrictive! My Open Door policy prevents me from much camming at work (because people come in one after another). BUT, I come home for lunch most days. Camming beats reading a mag while eating lunch any old day.

So I see. The moon and the sun are gliding across the sky, camwise, from left to right. Its an up with a down, a left to a right. I see.

Sorry, but this is not the Moon, just the beach spotlight :o)
To simply resume : the sun, Moon and planets rise on east ans set on west.
In spring as the days are getting longer, the sun rises each day more Northeast and sets more northwest. The sun is getting higher and higher in the sky at midday facing south. After june 24th, the days are starting to reduce cause the sun, little by little will rise more southeast and sets more southwest, to reach its peak on december 24th. It will be at it's lower at midday facing south.
The Moon is acting opposite : at it lower position in summer and it's upper in winter.
That's why the Sun and Moon seem to change their settings on the cams. It was more visible on the former location.
