I thought it might be my browser (Mozilla) so I tried I.E. and dial-up through AOL. Nothing on any of them so I thought server issue on Bonaire end and waited and waited and ................. finally BT came back up.

Looks like early divers

Sorry folks -- connectivity problems with the stateside server site overnight, outside our realm of control. Both BT and webcam sites were affected. Things should be back to normal now. The archive webcam pics are kept on the Bonaire server until the connection is up, and then uploaded, so nothing should be lost.

We don't serve the actual webcam page or BT on Bonaire -- we'd swamp the island's internet connection with that much traffic! The Bonaire server just collects the pictures from the webcam and sends them off to the server farm in New England every 2 minutes.

Diana - I think flooding is everyone's concern - especially in Florida - where they have had more rain in the past month than they normally get in a year - I heard some place have had 30 inches of rain in July - that is incredible!!! Bonnie the tropical storm has already landed and heading fast our way!!! WE shall se how wet we get from her soon!!!

Nice to look at the dry beautiful beach in Bonaire and dream that I am there today instead of here in the rain!!!

Don't laugh about the ark LaDonna, right now it is so wet outside, you could do check out dives in our driveway!

Tom.....I am just laughing with you.....don't forget I asked for a seat on that Ark....we have had some GREAT thunderstorms with torrential rain the past couple of days!!!!Maybe you could just take an "ark tour" and pick up all the BT'ers before we float away!!!!!
