good morning eileen! good for you that you had a good sleep! i did too, in my own bed again after a week on camp with 20 mentally handicapped people. Some wake up during the night and need some attention, so I know how you feel with Quinn!
No early visitors at the beach nor reef for now.

Hi everyone. Eileen. 'Tis good that Quinn slept right through the night.

Karin. That is a big responsibility looking after the handicapped on a camping trip, but did you enjoy the week. I used to love camping years ago.

Julia. You made me feel hungry now. We just had a huge downpour here, but now the sun is shining again. Annie B.

Sarge was up early.

Good morning all,

Nice weather here, looks great.

Have some Starbucks coffee. It is from Sumatra and called that. It has a bold taste.

Start eating home grown tomatoes this week. They are so good.

Have you noticed the boat this morning, there is a current from the North. Also when there is a current like that, we do not see the bait fish on the wreck.

Thanks for the coffee John. My parent's tomatoes are doing poorly so far, poor summer here so far.

Good Morning Annie B, the cleaning of Quinn's eye with the salt/water is easing the oozing:-).

Wally and Eva - are you guys going to bring full wetsuits? The water temp seems so warm, but I see all these people in full wetsuits! A shorty maybe? I can't even see the need for that! And the luggage space it will take up if we bring all that! groan They always act like our scuba gear is a weapons cache in Atlanta. They totally unpacked the case on the trip to Bahamas!

We leave in 20 days (out of Atlanta, Air Jamaica). It IS approching quickly!

I wish someone would change the sign that says to stay at least 10 feet away from the cams for the best result!! it should also state that if you have signage you should put it as close as you can, like maybe 12 inches away so the folks at home can read what it says...
rant mode off....
Hi everyone, beautiful day in this neighborhood as well... Rusty the Zuccs are taking over our garden.. They hide under the leaves and I swear make sure that they are not seen until they are HUGE and have to be made into Zucchini Bread....

Rusty throwing kisses and waving frantically! LOL Hi Freddie! Hi Annie! I was out back taking shots of BoxerBob's pond - the first lotus of the season is about to open. There's also a waterlily and some woodfrogs basking. They'll be taking off for the woods soon and I won't see them again til next year when they return to breed.

I take pictures til the camera goes beep-beep. I'm still using batteries. I get them - 48 AA - at Costco. They are store brand but I got it on the hush-hush that they are shipped from Duracell. The Duracells run about $11 for 28.

I like this shot! I swear that's Annie!

Morning all! Nice captures everyone! Freddie, folks are going to have to get used to the new cams, and definitely get CLOSER so we can read your great signs!!!

Wally, Eva...NOT JEALOUS...really!

Kathy, I am a whimp...I wear a skin and full 3mm! It really depends on the individual as to how much neoprene (or not) you wear. My husband wears a t-shirt and shorts and is HOT! Have a great trip!

Michael is making eggs benedict this morning, then we are off to the beach for the day!

This guy has been slumped over like this for at least 10 minutes...maybe he is catching his breath!

It's funny but we can see some yellows in the wetsuits and sergeant majors and PINK seems to jump right out - *if* that's pink and not another color being twisted by the light at that depth.

My suggestion to Kelly and Mary (MM) WEAR PINK!

one thing that is bad is that believe it or not while we were there the current at times was bad in front of the webcams . Jake talked about getting rebar I think for people to hang onto during the times for when the current was bad.
