Good morning Annette

Have some coffee.

Martine, D-Day, one to remember. I spent the day listening to the radio and asking questions. My Dad was so very happy, because he knew this was a step closer to hearing from his family in Denmark. There had been no contact since 1941.

Thanks for the coffee John. I needed that. I watched some of the D day celebrations on tv. Some of the vets' stories are just unbelievable, and they are so modest about their encounters. Annie B.

Charlotte is making herself busy.

Welcome to BT, John.

Annette, Yes, the WWII Vets did a great service for the world. Their stories are really something.

Hello all,
We had a busy day : sleeping late, then a nice lunch outside and the afternoon spent on the roof terrace setting and testing the telescopes for the Venus transit on tuesday.
Now watching MASH on TV...
Maybe see you later ( aligator ;o) )

Hi Annie ,

rumour was that I could "catch" some "night-owls" on this time of night.
Boy , did they fool me , just me and my @%^$#&*!Job. :-)

On the other hand ; aren't you up a bit late ( or early , as it always depends on your point of perspective)

LOL Jos, yeagh, the sleepy chair. I worked the unsociable hours for over 20 years and just can't break the habit of early to bed. Early to bed is not in my dictionary. Annie B.

This is a classic picture. Bas, Nice keyboard. It is nearly as big as you.

anything

I learned how to play the keyboard and the guitar when I was off work with a broken ankle years ago. Couldn't walk, so I had to do something. LOL.
