Hello every body, and good morning,
First, I would like to give an explanarion regarding this stunning pic Jenni and I captured long after sunset.
1
In fact, these clouds are altocumulus (high clouds) and they are able to catch the sunlight till 30 minutes after sunset. Those ones were at the right place at the right moment yesterday evening.
This also means rain is expected in the next 10 hours, so I fear today the weather could be quite wet on Bonaire.
cafe1 is served. I wish you a nice day.

Good morning Martine and Jenni! And other BT-ers that will arrive after us.
Martine- Wow, like Jenni, I am very impressed with your knowledge about astronomy and stuff. Great that it could be seen on camera Good luck on your kidney check. Keep us posted.

I also read the part about the webcams, thanks for the up-date, Jake. And about the Gibbi's meeting. That should be very fun, with so many

Time for lunch, see you all later

Good Morning Diana :-) I was really jealous of all those at Gibi's. I remember it well, with Jake and Linda, and Martin and Angela. Such a lovely lovely evening:-):-):-) Good company and good food licklips

I gotta go mow the lawns. Don't wanna, but I gotta. Have a viewer either later today or tomorrow, so seeing as the garden is one of the best points I had better go and make it look good. LOL

Yes, I must get the result right after the check. Then I return to see my doc who certainely will send me to an urologist... I just wish it won't spoil my vacations. I think I definitely prefer to dive with sharks than having any kind of surgery :o)

No Jenni, we won't go to Bonaire this time :o(
We want to assist the transit of Venus june 8th ( very rare phenomenom : every 120 years ) and as it won't be visible from Bonaire we are going to Red Sea ( Hurghada - Egypt ) for two diving weeks. Second week being a diving cruise till Brothers Islands ( nearly on Sudan boarder ). Very sharky place at this period of time :o(

Hi everyone. I am so busy here trying to catch up on housework today. Thanks for catching those red clouds last night. What a spectacle that was, and I wasn't here to see it for myself. Martine. I hope all goes well for you today, and Jenni, good luck with the house etc.

Jake. Thanks for the update last night. I hope this solution will work out for the cams.

Nothing on the cams right now so back to hoovering the stairs. Catcha later. Annie B.

Gibi's was nice last night - about 20 people. Many BTers: Igor, Karin van Veen + 4, Carl & Patti McGee, Linda & Myself, and several other folks whose names I didn't quite get (sorry!). Bart from Wannadive also showed up with his son Alan so he could play with our kids (Bas & Alan are in the same class together and are best friends).

Didn't do so well with the lawns. Kev has moved all the lawn mowers about, and the one he left at my house wasn't cutting very well, so I gave up. I'll bring the one at the flats [where I work] home with me and do them tomorrow morning. So I weeded, and tidied the garden and cleaned out the pond.

pretty morning.....am

Good luck, Martine, and thanks for great panos

Thanks for coffee, John :-) YUou'll love the BT evening at Gibi's

Hi Annie, thanks, and Happy Hoovering :-)

I know we are staying at Capt. Dons. Again - thanks for all the fab info., my only concern is that I will fall in love with Bonaire and not want to leave. Everyone have a nice day. Katie

Hi Katie and Welcome :-)
You're right the biggest problem is that you will fall in love with Bonaire, not want to leave, leave and PBD Post Bonaire Depression, and then to top it all you'll get addicted to this place and have to be here [almost] every day :-):-):-) And from that time on nowhere will ever match up to Bonaire.
