I am just getting ready to work, and today is a real, absolute, fantastic, super, incredible winter weather : thick rain, strong wind gusts, and just 7°C (45°F). I bet we share with UK and Holland :o)

I feel like I disappeared totally yesterday LOL. Have been waking most nights at 4 or 5 and besides working and preparing house for viewers, so I am exhausted. Last night slept thro' til 6 and then managed to doze back. So I have only just got up, and am still sleepy. So am making an appearance before the day swallows me up again LOL

Have another viewer on the house at 1pm. Am refusing to get any hopes up. And desperately want to finish the tweaks to my written exam today.

Thanks, guys much appreciated. Managed to fix the fallen-off tiles thanks to tile adhesive from next door [who had called out the gas board and were threatening to lift up the flags out front to find why his gas pressure level was low
And when I returned it 15mins before viewers expected, strange [ie not neighbours] car came into Grove and turned around at end of cul-de-sac, and drove off again. So looks like another DNA. I just wish they would have the decency to come in once they have made an appointment, and also the house is big and airy, and the garden is delightful, and it is quiet here. They don't know what they are missing unless they come in!!!! I am SO frustrated. And I have 'lost' my morning, and seeing as time is the commodity I have the least of, I am angry to lose 2 -3 hours, for nothing.

that was a bit of a rant. Sorry! But I do feel better for getting it out

Hi Cynde Aw, thanks. I feel most touched by you all keeping the faith when I have lost it. Brings me to tears.
Good friend you have there, Cynde, and best thing for you to have support like that for doing such things. How's it going with Angel? Kevin has his mum's dog, Sammy, and he says it helped him grieve her on a daily basis in the early days. We shall have her at our house when we move in together.

Jenni, that's what friends are for Beth is here now sorting through mum's things...so it is a nice relief to have it done...we just couldn't even go in the room (denial?) Angel is doing fine with our pack, and has adjusted nicely. We are going to take our time finding a home for her to make sure she is taken care of. Michael wants to keep her, but 5 doxies is TOO much!

I'm glad Kevin has her mum's dog, it must be a little comfort Now, we just need someone to make you a REAL offer on the house!
