Good morning all! Hectic day planned- so much to do! Hopefully I will get to pop in ocassionally, as more snow is predicted here! You know, I think this website can help with SADS (Seasonal Affective Depression Syndrome)- people who live in the Midwest of the US as well as Alaska are prone to it as it's mostly snowy and overcast and dark here in the winter! We don't see a lot of sun!

Good morning everyone, I found a free computer to use for a moment at this conference! It's 70 something degrees here in San Francisco and beautiful outside...I spent 9 hours in lectures yesterday...wah Not a fish in sight over the last hour and now there's a line behind me...gotta go!

My mom has never been to the Caribbean (actually, only other country she has ever been to in her 72 young years is Mexico) so I had to pull out the globe...no Sint Maarten, so I found a map on the internet and showed her the speck of an island we would be going to! she's really excited!
