I had to start this thread even if it is not quite Thursday where I am at right now - since I am still awake - started out at 5:00 am on the est coast this morning and now it is almost midnight on the west coast of Canada!!!
Cams are dark - with only the light on the North Beach cam!!!

Loved looking at the posts from yesterday - boy the street cam had many visitors!!!!
I wish cheezy joe would show up and give us a sign that it is him.
I am off to bed now - will check in later!!!

Then it's time for me to serve coffee, tea, water or orange jus.

Great fish captures today!
Because Eileen asked: my arm is not better, although I haven't had this terrible pain like yesterday, because I am doing adjusted work now. There are some things I just cannot do. It is a nerve pain, going from my shoulder through my arm, I am told that it will probably not heal very quickly :-(
Looks like the reefcam needs some cleaning soon.

well, maybe I am forced to take some vacation soon,.....

Have someone check your back between your shoulder blade and spine for a muscle knot on your bad side. Have them press around in that area and see if you feel a shock run down your arm. I spent all kinds of time and money on tests and therapy until the therapist was working on my back and hit the knot. I ended up just using heat and having the knot massaged out, which took care of my problem.

I have run into others with the same problem and have saved some of them from surgery because the 'therapy' wasn't doing them any good.

I'm going to go home for the day....see you all on Monday!

Karin, how about massage therapy? I also visit a chiropractor for my back (I sit for most of the day and I find it helps.) I will say though a chiropractor is not for everyone, some people swear by them and others do not like them.
