Good Morning Seb! In 6 hours it is lunch for us:-)! I have to get up early, it's the dreaded work thing - I still feel like I am in vacation mood.

It is that time again, getting ready to leave for work. I wish you all a great day! Bye for now:-).

The dogs are doing just fine, as is Mandy the cat. Grendel is a wee bit bigger than when we were last here (Sept/Oct 2001). She's a gentle giant.

Good Morning from Portland Oregon.
15 years ago I and my wife LuAnn were on a Diving vacation in Bonaire. We both fell in love with the Island.I will retire in 3 trs.or sooner and would love to spend time in Bonaire(I mean an extended stay).
The laid back away from the craziness sounds so inviting.
By the way for you folks who are on Bonaire now ,here in Portland the weather is not very nice.
A very bad winter storm is here.
It has even shut the Airport down.
I am glad I found this site(found it yesterday),and look forward to chatting with you lucky people in Bonaire ,or anyone else who loves Bonaire...Dave

Hi Dave, and welcome. You will find that everyone here loves Bonaire, even those of us who haven't been lucky enough to go there as yet, and I bet you will soon become addicted like the rest of us. Annie B.

Welcome Dave, did you already check in the other items of this board. (Down this page and click at tree view) There you can find more info about Bonaire and I think some others had the same question as you. At least... not a bad idea to stay at Bonaire.

Annie... sun in the UK?? Over here it is not cold, but very grey and depressing!

Hi Dave - Welcome to BT!!! We all love BT and I know I would love to retire there. If you have specific questions on the island - there are many threads that you can post those questions to - one being local items that the locals will jump in and answer those questions.
Hi everyone!!! It is finally winter in NC - from 70's this weekend to a high of 38 today!!! But wonderfully clear and sunny!!!
Annie - B - I see what you mean on the wall - but think it is just a different camera angle - they were adjusted yesterday and it is not the same view as we had before!!!
Here are some pics from the archives!!!
