Cynde, relax, go to Hole Foods (spelling), pick up the stock you need.

Drizzle some VOO, Salt, pepper, a dash of chopped garlic, pop it in the broiler. You will be the Queen. Easy, and it rocks!

I don't think we have whole foods out here. M and I were talking about where we could get this cheese, i've never seen it in our local market...after i broil it can it be put in the jars?

OK, this is what i need it for...

I'm watching Rachel Ray's Holiday Special. I've been agonizing over what to get peeps. Normally we give each other valued 10-20 bucks. But this year we hired 4 new people, so our office staff is up to a whopping 13 people, so...i'm trying to find something a little creative and less expensive. I'm thinking of making either the marinated brocconini or the holiday spice nuts...since i don't cook, these are a snap for me!
