I am seriously considering vegan..I am almost vegetarian but considering this..anyone a vegan

ann .. contact my sister ..pahle.... she has been a vegan for nearly 20 years .. she lives on bonaire now for the last couple years .. email Pietri for her sisters phone number...she has had some trouble with her phone .. so keep trying...telbo is "working' on it .. petri

I removed the phone number so your sister would not get calls at 3:00AM asking her questions.

Hi Ann,

Just give it a go. Many books have been written. My favourite book is Raw food works from Diana Store.
The transition to go completely vegan or raw takes a while but it will definitely change your life.
