1 3/4" truffle. Chopped
2. A small hand full of mixed olives(non flavored). Chopped
3. About a tea spoon of EV olive oil
4. A pinch of oregano
5. A dash of sugar.

Mix together, add a small pinch of gray sea salt, a few cranks of the pepper mill.

Cover and keep cool for one day.
