We have been on the Napa Wine Train. I thought it was going to be hokey, but it really was a blast. Met some cool people from Oregon, and we ate and drank well. Vincenzo, I agree with your assessment on medium rare. That looked like it was still ba ba baing. Did you catch the rub he put on? I played it again, and still couldn't hear what he said.
