Check out the latest edition of Dive Training Magazine. On page 19 of the June 2009 issue is a short article on Bonaire becoming the first Caribbean island powered entirely by sustainable energy. I have been following a wind farm saga going on here at home and I have to admit that I never realized just how many downsides there can be also. Money is just one hurdle.
