Just curious to know if there was a need for any Nurses in Bonaire these days?
Thanks in advance for any reply.

Dimone,

I am also a nurse and have inquired. To work at the local hospital you must be able to speak, read and write Dutch, something I don't know how to do. We were however in Bonaire in October 2002 and had to go to the clinic for my husband's ear infection. I did inquire to the doctor and he states that they can always use an American Nurse at the Hyperbaric Chamber. Only problem is work is sporatic and basically on an "on call" basis. No steady work. Good Luck!
