It's apparently about $950K from Sunbelt and $1.05M from Harbourtown (at least as of a few months ago) - a little ridiculous if you ask me. Should be about half that or even less.

Wonder if they would consider a long term rental while they're waiting for the house to sell... Is the house vacant?

There's someone there as a caretaker - local construction guy I think. Parks in the middle of the road because the oh so wise neighbor replaced his/her parking area in-front with a cactus garden, leaving no place for anyone to park.
