We arrive on Sep 14th and are interested in casinos. Can anyone provide info please?

There is a casino located at the Divi Flamingo and I am not sure if there is still one at the Plaza. The one at the Divi is a small casino which was renovated back in February. They have a couple of card tables, a roulette table and if I had to guess about 25-30 slot machines. Neither are on a Las Vegas scale. The one at the Divi is fun in the evenings to drop in and play the slots and a few games of Blackjack.
I am sure someone can provide information on the casino at the Plaza.

There is one at Plaza too - quite a bit larger than the one at Divi, but still pretty small compared to casinos in Aruba, and miniscule compared to those in Atlantic City and Vegas :-)

I would pass on going to the casino at the plaza.

I enjoy gambling as much as the next person but what they have at the plaza hardly qualifies.

Most of the time, slots near the front of a casino pay out....mostly small amounts, but they do pay out. While I was in the casino for almost an hour, I never once heard a slot pay off. I am not much of a table game player but there did not seem to be much action there either.

In my last five trips to Bonaire, I have noticed the odds changing more and more in favor of the casino until it would appear that, at least at the blackjack tables, one does not have a chance. I also noticed that each year there were fewer and fewer locals at the casino. (Although one might question whether it is me or the casinos, I have not had similar experiences elsewhere, including Aruba.) Thus, I would urge caution.
