Can anyone advise the legal age for riding a pedal motorcycle, a scooter and a car. Not renting ages which are different.

To my recollection, it is possible to get a licence at 16 but a full motorcycle test is required to ride a brummer or a scooter. I believe that the age for cars is 17.

The Police would regularly pull tourists over for riding scooters without having a motorcycle licence.
