We plan to visit Bonaire in March. Is there a farmers market? If so when and where can we find it? Also where locally can we buy fresh fruits and veggies at reasonable prices?

Janet, others may correct me but I don't think there is a local farmer's market. Very little is grown on Bonaire. We buy fresh produce from the Venezulaen market downtown across from City Cafe. Also, La Portugeza market(I don't recall the directions) has good fresh produce.

The market is on Kaya Nikiboko Noord, near Kaya Pos Di Amor. Lots of fresh food. The closest to the Farmers Market is the Venezuelean Fruit Stand on the water next to the pier downtown. Can't miss it.

Thanks to everyone for their answers. We can't wait to return to Bonaire for our second trip. We'll be there for two weeks in March and I can't wait to be able to buy fresh fruits and veggies.

The word "fresh" really does not apply since it is sometimes a week old but you can go to more for less and get great stuff from Equador.
