Ann, just what do you mean by soft collar, if it's different from what I've been purchasing (2doz leash/collar sets so far) to bring for the shelter, perhaps I could look for some before we leave. The collars I have to date are what we call flat, or buckle collars (nylon, and adjustable for size).

brenda the collar ann is referring to is a soft collar instead of a cone collar for the cat.. she has a boo boo on her foot that she keeps licking and this will stop her from doing that..similar to this one
