Last May there was major road construction from just south of downtown to about three blocks south of Richard's Restaurant. Is this now completed, and if not is there a (Island time and all) finish date in sight?

The road from Plaza past Richard's/Divi to town is now a one way road...going toward town.
Lots of new "speed bumps" along the way...which I guess are a good idea...
All it takes is one time over them with tanks in the truck to make you slow down....

It is only one way just north of the entrance to Divi Flamingo.

A portion of the road is one-way and a portion remains two-way. It changes to one-way north of Kaya Industria (if I recall correctly). South of that part, it remains two-way.
