Hi,

I am a diver from Dubai (originally from Belgium). I regularly dive the wreck of the Energy Determination, a supertanker which departed the BOPEC terminal on the 15th of November 1979 and sank in the Strait of Hormuz mid-December 1979, following an explosion.

I am researching the history of this vessel and her crew. I have gathered quite a bit of information already, but I critically miss the crew list. I was wondering if the port authority, BOPEC, the coastguard or immigration in Bonaire would keep such records.

If anybody can help with my research, I would immensely appreciate it.
