We are long time visitors to Bonaire, and would like to have a permanent base in Bonaire. After several attempts, we can't seem to find a realtor on Bonaire that will do anything, but show the MLS listings - and one that's not interested in selling anything other than high end properties. Any suggestions and recommendations from expats and residents? Thanks.

I found that Corine & Jan Henk from Sunbelt Realty were excellent.

They showed us endless properties and were always quick to point out any faults of prospective problems.

I would recommend them without reserve.

I'll second the Sunbelt recommendation. I've worked with Corine & Anja there and they are both excellent!

FYI..there are no MLS agencies on Bonaire.

I stand corrected on the MLS. Our perception was everyone had very similar offerings. Thank you all for informative comments. We will certainly utilize your recommendations. d

Bonaire Realty is another good option.

I highly recommend Anna Kleimer at Remax, I just closed on a condo with them last month.
