I picked up a brochure by the Fundashon Recycling Bonaire. It said that they will start recycling glass. Bring your glass to the red containers marked Amstel at various locations, which are supermarkets. I haven't seen any of the red collection containers at the mentioned sites which are Warehouse, Cultimara, Prgreso, Bargain Mini Mart etc. Any thoughts?

The red containers are all over now. I have seen them at the Chinese Grocery near Peking and outside Plazita Limena to name two. I have been putting my glass inside the yellow containers. Is this no more Ann?

It's great to see the process has begun for the recycling. Very important step in the right direction.

The yellow containers are the ones that were to be used by bars and restaurants and the red ones are supposed to be for the general public. I have seen them more places now too. However, it's a problem because people are still putting regular trash in there too!
