Hey Jake, great job on the article and all the pics!!!- I especially enjoyed all the airport and plane pictures! I guess I haven´t found the right spot yet on Bonaire to take such plane pictures and maybe not the right camera either!

Actually, Tom, that was Chip - Bas' best friend (with similar hair color, and size). Bas did not want to go to to the airport with the rest of the class. He hung out with the kindergarteners instead back at the school (several of our good friends have little kids that go there and adore Bas).

Gwen - I had a press pass, so I got to go onto the tarmac - makes for much better photo opportunities than shooting from behind the glass or plastic in the airport terminal (or from the end of the runway outside the fence) :-)

Kelly - yes indeed. Haircut on Tuesday. Mick Schmit had the next appointment after me - great minds think alike.

Jake, wonderful pictures and article! I loved the one with your daughter, it made me laugh, having a daughter myself about the same age.
Harrie, are you saying our president could improve his image by collecting a few lovely hats to wear? ;>) Unfortunately I think it would require a lot more than that!

Chip you say? Have you some "splaining" to do? You don't? I guess I need to visit my optometrist real soon. ROTFL

Jake, Tom, Harrie and Bridgitte, you've all provided fantastic pictures of the Queen's visit. I really enjoyed them. I also loved all the children. I also always marvel at anyone who looks good in a hat! I don't have a "hat face". I too enjoy your spirit Harrie. Keep it up.
